How can I make a comment or complaint?

Everyone has the right to receive high standards of care and treatment from the NHS, and CAMHS aims to provide this to all the people it cares for.

We know that we can only improve CAMHS if you tell us what we are doing well and what we could be doing better. We really value your feedback, whether it’s positive or negative.

You can do this using clinic suggestion boxes, feedback questionnaires or via a telephone conversation, email or letter.

Please contact your service directly to share your feedback. The information you provide will be managed confidentially. It will also assist CAMHS with ongoing service development and improvement.
